Working with Amanda to find our first home was a pleasure! She takes her time ensuring that you are comfortable with the process and works hard to find the right home for you. She's incredibly knowledgeable of all the neighbourhoods in Toronto and the market and does her research so you know what is fair market value on all potential properties. She stays on top of new listings (timing is everything!) and keeps your interests and goals as her top priority in the search. She is always available to answer any questions at any time during the process (and even after we moved in!) and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out.
